NailsOnDemand ("NailsOnDemand," "we," "our," or "us") provides a mobile marketplace that connects clients with nail technicians for in-home appointments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, role (client/technician/admin), profile photo, and profile details.
• Booking data: requested services, addresses, appointment times, notes, booking status, and booking history.
• Location data: precise and coarse location to support discovery, routing, and live appointment status features.
• User content: technician portfolio photos, client reference photos, and related uploads.
• Payment-related data: payment status and transaction metadata handled through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage data: push notification tokens and service logs required to run app features.

How We Use Information

• Provide authentication, role setup, and account management.
• Process and manage booking requests, confirmations, updates, and completion.
• Enable payments, payouts, refunds, add-ons, and tipping workflows.
• Power mapping and location features for appointments and status updates.
• Send operational notifications (booking accepted/denied, on-the-way, arrived, completed, payout updates).
• Prevent fraud, enforce platform terms, and maintain safety.

How We Share Information

• With service providers: including Firebase/Google Cloud (infrastructure and authentication) and Stripe (payments and payouts).
• Between users: limited booking and profile information is shared between clients and technicians to deliver the service.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

• You may update profile information in the app.
• You can control location permissions and notification permissions in device settings.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Children's Privacy

NailsOnDemand is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
