Overview

NailsOnDemand is a marketplace connecting clients with independent nail technicians. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate account and profile information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or no-show behavior.

Bookings and Payments

• Clients authorize payment for booked services and any approved adjustments.
• Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe.
• Platform fees may be deducted according to platform policy.

Technician Terms

• Technicians must maintain required licensing and legal eligibility where applicable.
• Technicians are independent providers, not employees of NailsOnDemand.
• Platform commission: NailsOnDemand may retain a platform fee from completed bookings.
• No-show, cancellation abuse, or policy violations may result in suspension/removal.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility is determined by booking status, evidence, and payment processor requirements. We reserve the right to issue refunds or deny claims based on investigation results.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive behavior.
• No attempt to bypass platform payments for on-platform bookings.
• No interference with app security, availability, or integrity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailsOnDemand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
